Som ung jobbade hon ett kort tag på Olympia maskinaffär i Linköping, sen var hon hemmafru resten av livet.
Hon föddes hemma tillsammans med en dödfödd tvillingpojke som jordfästes den 2 okt 1932.
Hon dog den 26 april 2014 på Linghems vårdboende, avdelningen Trasten där hon lugnt somnade in.
